Everyone wants to know about their past life. I can tell you that you can easily discover it by observing the recurring thoughts of your childhood.

If you wish to remember your past lives or even this birth in the future, you must first make peace with all your sins and thoughts. When your past karma or memories no longer harm your present well-being, you will be able to recall all your past lives.
This state of awareness is only achieved when you learn to stay calm and composed in all situations.
You can practice meditation and read books that reveal the truth, such as the Bhagavad Gita, Quran, Bible, Dhammapada, and the works of Swami Vivekananda. You can also explore the Upanishads or the Vedas.
(In English, “Veda” means knowledge. It is not a religious book but a collection of wisdom that can guide you to becoming limitless.)
