I was curious about how Rishis’ curses and blessings (Curse/Shrap) work. Then I read about Yama, Niyama, Ashram, Pranayama, Dhyana, Dharana, and all aspects of Ashtanga Yoga. Since my childhood, I have followed it wholeheartedly.Later, I realized that whatever I say tends to manifest in reality. Once, a government employee humiliated me. In response, I simply said, “You will not be able to sleep at night.” The next day, when I met him again, he admitted, “I couldn’t sleep the entire night.” I found him guilty and forgave him, advising him not to engage in unethical actions. This is one of the reasons I avoid talking to too many people. If something wrong happens and I get angry, the other person’s life could turn into misery. However, it is not in my nature to curse or take revenge on anyone. I always choose to forgive because I believe that if I forgive others, I too will be forgiven easily.I never pray to God for harm to come to anyone. Every day, I pray, “If my words have ever caused harm to someone or might do so, I take them back and sincerely ask for forgiveness.”When I realized the negative impact of any curses or harsh words I had spoken—whether in my past lives or this one—I took them all back and forgave everyone. I now pray to God to guide them, help them resolve their life problems, and align them with the path of truth.
